$47.4k with options. Yeah that's a hard pass. Might as well get the base 3.0 for another $3.5k.

That's very quick for a 2.0 turbo engine, but agreed, just buy a 2020 3.0 new for ~45k

I'm the complete opposite. I thought they looked meh in all the pictures and videos, but then I saw a red one in person a few days ago. I couldn't stop staring at it. All the body lines make much more sense in 3 dimensions lol. I now think they are actually quite unique beautiful cars. Still can't afford one though. And I think I'd still want a manual if I could. 50k gets you a lot of cayman...

I think a mild drop and some deep dished TE37 style classic spoked rims do wonders for the Supra, but then that is true of most cars. I’m not a fan of widebody kits, absurd front lips and rear wings... looks silly to me unless your car is a literally a time attack/racecar. Problem with the Supra is too many are getting the outrageous bodykits and end up looking like cartoon cars or batmobiles.

That certainly is a lot to pay for a Supra with the engine out of a Mini Cooper S.

The twins are more subtle for sure, and I appreciate that. They were also designed 8 years ago. The overall design language I mean.
Unfortunately as is often the case in the world, subtlety is not appreciated by the masses. So car designs continue to get more aggressive, in hopes the car will stand out. I mean even basic transportation cars now look like they are ready for time attack trials.

I'll be very suprised if the next-gen has not had a good shit-mist of herp-derp "agressive" sprayed all over it. Don't forget fake vents.

I went to take my MSF course for my bike insurance, some grandpa asked "IS THAT A SUPRA you are driving?!!!!" Needless to say I have been waiting for this moment for 6 years & NERDGAZM deep down, but I told him calmly that it's just a Subaru.

I’m praying that Toyota/Subaru will use some restraint with the 2nd gen styling. The 1st gen looks so good, I don’t think it’s appreciated enough.
