I have looked and looked and there are currently only two active threads about dipstick tubes!
WTF people this is an important subject and needs to have a higher level of awareness than just two threads. Maybe we can get a new sub section made?
Oh wait... sub sections don't mean fuck all anymore anyway so just keep jamming all the basics into the general.

I think we need 3 more threads on transmission oil too. Doesn't seem like people understand the word "compatible."

Wait, is a dipstick tube the same thing @humfrz is talking about when he talks about blue bills and their effect or lack thereof?

Hey guys, I'm part of an elite racing team. I have a problem, my car is too loud, and I need to quiet it down. But I don't want to spend too much money and can't really afford to pay for shipping costs. What can I do to quiet my exhaust down?

Going to get trolled on this question anyway

I know this is going to sound dumb and I know it will probably get trolled anyway so I'll just ask here. Has anyone found the BRZ is too light to trip a turn arrow when you are the only one waiting in the lane?

signaling devices are activated by inductive loops. it senses the magnetic field from the car. considering the entire chassis is made mostly from steel, it makes no difference to the sensor if you're a 60 ton semi, or a 1 ton car.

what you'll likely find is that certain loops have failed and they've bypassed those sensors with alternative programming to maintain traffic control functions.

there's a few of them near me. at one intersection with 2 left turn lanes, 2 through lanes, and 1 right turn lane, one of the through lanes sensors doesn't work. but if there's someone in a turn lane, it will trigger the through lane light. another one, the turn lane sensor doesn't work, so they programmed it to activate on a timer. that i always get the wrong end of the time.

I read in one of the COVID threads today that spinach makes you stronger. How much spinach do I need to feed to my crickets to get a boost equal to adding a twin turbo?
