New member here, just set a new NA record for PPIR at Gridlife this past weekend! The car was running on the new Falken RT660 tires! I usually drive a B7 S4 on track, but I borrowed my friends BRZ for this event since we just got done doing a supercharger build on it, and we didn’t want to risk running it at high altitude for the first time out. So this was my first ever time driving a BRZ, and first time driving this track! I was so blown away by how fun this platform is and I’m really considering getting one for myself in the near future. Congrats on the record. You beat my friends in yellow 86s by a few tenths. Nice work.
My best there is 1:08 flat, but on RC-1s. Nice driving for not being familiar with the car or track!
