This whole swimming thing reminds me of a back in the day pool story. The ex-mrs humfrz and I were on a weekend getaway with another couple in Santa Cruz.
Late on a Saturday night (actually early Sunday morning) we all were in our room and all of us were pretty intoxicated. This gals husband had fallen asleep on a bed (passed out) when the gal (Linda) decided she was going swimming in the motel pool. As she was taking off her clothes, I tried to explain to her the pool was closed for the night and we didn't have swimming suits. She said, no problem and stripped down to her French type push-em bra and skimpy bikini type bottoms. As she was about to exit the room, I told her that I would go with her to protect her, so I stripped down to my skivvies. My wife who was asleep in a chair woke up and said that she was not about to allow us to go down there without her, so she stripped down to her full sized bra and granny type underpants. About the time we all grabbed towels and headed out the door, ol Calvin woke up and asked where in the hell everyone was going all naked? So he joined us. Yep, we had a good swim and to this day I can't forgive myself for not taking my eye glasses with me down to the pool. - ![]() Yep, back in the good old days, before children and before COVID. |

![]() Yes. The next one down in size would have been the high efficency wing from Verus at a thousand more then I paid for this one. It really is one of the smaller functional wings available. I probably could have ordered a custom size from 9 Lives Racing but their mounting setup isn't good for removal for street driving.

Welp, I went to the tax lady today to file an extension and have her do my taxes. She will give me the bad news in a couple of weeks.
On the way back, I stopped in to the beauty shop and had that cute little Asian lady trim my toenails. Why? Because I can't easily reach them anymore. Plus I got this one large rogue toenail that is too thick and ingrown sideways to the extent that I can't get ahold of it with even my hedge trimmer. Yep, that gal went and got a dremel tool and ground it down (why didn't I think of that?) What an exciting day -
