So this weekend I've installed my BC Coilovers. The only complain I have is I've got a lot of unwanted negative camber. I've lowered my car app. 2.5"

Since we can't ajust the rear camber OEM on our car I want to know if with the same or other suspension setup you got the same problem. Pictures are welcome.

So my wheels are 17X8 +38 on OEM tire.

The option could be the Cusco rear control arm but theirs is no spec of how much degre we can correct camber... I just don't want to spend 500$ and still have the same problem.

I would think camber bolts would be able to adjust this enough

Did you just drop it and not get an alignment?

Yup. But theirs is no rear camber adjustment OEM on this car. That's why I'm asking before I'll align it.

I find it VERY hard to believe that there is none. I don't think that's even legal.

Also .. you messed up. Lowering doesn't only affect camber.

You should always align a car after changing the ride height. (Unless you hate tires and handling)

yes there is. if anything there would be no oem adjustment on the front

The BRZ/FR-S has NO way to adjust camber either front or rear stock. Yes it sounds awfully odd and it is, but it's the truth. The 2008-2012 Impreza with the same rear suspension setup also has no way to adjust camber in stock form. The way the multi-link suspension in the rear is setup, lowering the car will drastically change camber but like you said it effects other things as well. I've seen instances where on a GR STi lowering a car 1" gains almost 1 degree of camber...

I would say get some camber plates if you can or the whiteline/cusco/etc. parts which allow you to adjust camber elsewhere in the rear suspension. Maybe raise the car up until you can get the proper parts to align the car.

edit: I should say there is a crash bolt provision in the manual to adjust front camber, but it's just a straight shank bolt which is smaller than the upper strut hole, so you just adjust it freely and tighten it down. That's the only way to adjust camber.

how exactly are camber plates going to help a multilink? i dont get that at all

My bad, thinking too much back to the old impreza mcstrut on all four corners days. The easiest way is with the whiteline kit.

Uh? Yeah I think I know all of that. I'm a car mecanic. It mess up the camber and the toe... I was asking if anyone notice the same negative camber reaction to take my choise on ordering parts or lift it up before I'll go to the alignment.

I was hoping for some referance from other people that it's.

Anyway, the FR-S don't have rear camber adjusment ( check the shop manual, it really don't have ) and if someone have already buy the Cusco lower arm I would really know how many degres it can correct.
