Sad really, they would make an excellent place to hide out when the zombies come... Going forward, we will have to be content with hiding in little ole tea shops, and wee restaurants that are specialising in 2 covers every 2 hours, so no proper stock to stay holed up until the zombies go someplace else..

I was such a mall rat as a kid. What are these Gen Z or A or whatever generation we are on now supposed to do? Some kind of weird VR relationships?

Growing up we had limitless VR. It was called imagination! We also had, "OUTSIDE"! Couple those two together and an apple tree might become a B-17 or a guard tower. I weep for my grand children who don't know the joys of sliding down hills in cardboard boxes. Or, cutting paths in the grass and then having a game of tag.
