On a test bench yes, once installed on a car no. 5.5 psi at the intake at X temp is the same amount of air no mater what is compressing it. The only way to get more air mass is to cool it more or enlarge intake system.

actually you re right, sorry
at least a bigger turbo will improve efficiency both on exhaust side being bigger, and intake side with colder air coming out |
