No point. This is the only thread that matters.

Ask your wife what she was doing about then? Maybe blow drying her hair in the bathroom?

Haha it happened at the kitchen... & kitchen is my territory, she’s rarely do much in kitchen, so only one I can blame is ME!

It’s just one of those days

The reason I ask is that sometimes several outlets in different rooms can be on the same CFI circuit. For example in our house, if I'm using a shop vac to vac out a car in the garage and mrs humfrz decides to blow dry her hair in the bathroom, pop can go the GFI.

Like my bathroom GFCI that had my other bathroom GFCI, kitchen light, and outdoor socket all loosely hung off of it. And by loosely it had a piss poor connection on one end which kept killing the circuit.

Our external plugs, master bathroom, garage and the original basement circuit are on the same GFCI circuit. The master plug is in the basement so if it does click off you are usually 2 stories up from the plug when it happens.

That would be over loading not ground faulting. Two totally difference cause and effects.

Ours flips the ground fault outlet on overload (at least I'm assuming that's what causes it because the circuit checks out OK).

Idk why, but a lot of ppl think I’m a Toyota fan boi. Don’t get me wrong, Toyota US have been more kind to me than Subaru US... but when I review their car, I don’t fake shit. When it’s not working, I tell them.

Also I’m Boxer engine fan boi, so I’m more close to Porsche fan than Toyota fan lol
