No. My mom sold it back in '85-ish. I seriously considered buying it back about 12 years ago but I just couldn't bring myself to take on the responsibility.

Do you have to have an expansion tank? When the HVAC guys put in my new water heater (got that thrown in with the deal) they put an expansion tank in the plumbing on top. I asked them what it was since I'd never seen one in California. They said it was code here in Idaho.

My wife's Father, who she lost when she was around 13, rebuilt a Cessna 170 and they used to go flying in it. It was sold a couple of times after his death and ended up in Victoria, TX. I've tried to buy it a couple of times, but the owner won't give it up.

I've been fixing sprinklers yesterday and today. Seems like a never ending job, plus the tree guys ran over a couple with their stump grinder. I think I finally found something I hate more than painting.

When I first got out of the army I worked for a sprinkler company. For about a week. Wasn't worth it!

Sprinkler Guy was the one I was doing the COVID Handshake shuffle with last week. We hadn't used ours in several years but just laid down some new sod so wanted to get them checked. Money well spent.

Still chasing gremlins in my '04 Suburban's electrical wiring.
Thought we had the issue licked except for the driver's side seat warmer that would come on by itself as if possessed. Finally got around to replacing the door switch which is usually the cause. Nope not the issue. Decided to drive it to work today, and disconnected the door switch. It STILL comes on at random times. Doing some interweb searching I found a couple of cases where people have had it come on when the car is parked and the key is off and safely in the house. I was going to pull the fuse on it, but its the "IGN 3" fuse which says "Ignition, Heated Seats". If I wanted electrical issues I would have bought an old MG or a Jag

I've seen some really dumb stuff since I've been involved with land vehicle design. Disappointed but not surprised.
And by "involved," I mean IT support, not actual design. I've slept much better since adding that degree of separation.
