![]() The Perrin stickers went pretty quick, but I do have a leftover SPL sticker if you want. No one else seemed to. Quote:

All my stickers are on my tool box. The way I see it, they are not paying me to advertise so they don't go on the car.

So upstairs made some of the managers to make an Task Force to plan for few things like plan for reopen and so forth. All the plan was rejected and upstairs decided the plans. If that was the case, why in the fuck to make the fucking task force to begin with. I get some of the plan was fucking stupid, but some are legit plan. If they're just follow County plan instead of City plan, SAY IT FROM THE GET GO! Instead of wasting staff's time.

![]() I deal with this at work too and have been questioning my return ![]() Most recently I have worked to come up with a fix for one of our parts we sell. Worked with the manufacturer to determine a solution. GM last year did not believe it will fix the problem and thinks it will be worse. So I got in 400 sample parts to send out of customers to test and prove that it was the correct solution back in November. Manufacturer sent them no charge. Just the other day he went on an angry rant about why this haven't been resolved yet and testing is pointless.

Haha some days, I just don't get why they do stuff the way they do. I get that, I don't see the whole system... but there's nothing wrong w take some advice from someone below and make it into the plan that's more efficient.
Don't wanna go into politic here. But some days I question upstairs at my work place's decisions. |

I hear you but I don't see that as political in the context of this forum. I'm always skeptical about calls for input. Most of the time it's just lip service so the troops feel included.

I know this appears to be cynical but three of my employers all had suggestion programs and these are statistically very accurate across them all. The results from teams reduces the last one to about 25% and spreads the rest evenly through the other 4. Still worth asking just for that top 5% though!
