After having had my GT for a week now, I feel the extra 6k for the GTS would have been a huge waste (and it's a lot more then 6k if you're borrowing the money too).

Don't regret not spending the extra 6k. I've organised a direct swap of my GT wheels for GTS wheels, no cash. I've bought Work CR Kiwamis. I will be upgrading the headunit to a GPS unit of some sort. I'll be purchasing some sort of bootlip/spoiler. I've upgraded the headlight bulbs to 6000k Phillip Crystal Whites. I've done a few exterior modifications.

And that hasn't even made up anywhere near 6K yet lol.

Only thing that makes me wish I had GTS was the seats. So bohs.

But then I look at the Bride 2013 lineup and then I have to re-clean my keyboard.

people have mentioned the breaks as a deciding factor, i would like to see a break test between the 2 and see what the extra disc size will do.
When i pick up my GT and a syd GTS owner meet up, we must try the old ABS test!

For a pure street car it would make very little difference, for a car that will be used on the track the larger rotors, esp with the rears being ventilated will allow you to run for longer before fade sets in. It will be most likely much easier to get a good selection of pads for the larger brakes as they are the much more common size for the car worldwide. The US don't have any cars with the shitty sized brake specs...
