A handfull of times in the wet, turn off traction and around it goes. First time I did it was also in an empty parking lot on a rainy day on beach. Honestly the car is so slow that sliding it isnt a problem. I'm usually responsible but sometimes there isn't anybody around and the conditions are nice and one thing leads to another.

A little water on the ground probably helps a ton

Was sort of hypocritical of me since I do love scaring the crap outta passengers with a good departure from the cottage. Not a doughnut though!

Six years here. No donuts. I spent a lot of money for tires that stick to the pavement, so drifting in circles never held any appeal.

A cheap slow sporty car that handles like a gokart on rails? lol. You don't have to be old to appreciate that. :P

Just like most of the respondents here, I'm past the half century mark. Old enough to appreciate how this car is perfect for dumbfuckery.

Hoon with discretion, friends. Don't get caught.

5 years in, no donuts here. Plenty of time sideways in the snow though! They just donut seem to have a point, I'd rather have a goal if I'm going to play rough

I'd like to play sideways but need some snow assist or rain assist to even try it. Maybe when that lot is empty again in the snow, I'll give it a go.

If I could give any advice about snow drifting, it's to be in 2nd or 3rd gear and be easy on the gas. If you use 1st you'll just whip around

Wow. Totally forgot doughnuts were a thing. I don't know that I've ever done one in my life. Nothing I've ever owned really had enough torque to do a proper job of it. I feel like this is more of a Domestic/muscle car and/or drift scene thing. I don't know. Maybe I was born old. Maybe the panties would have dropped in my high school years if I'd done a doughnut. Oh my God. I think I just figured out where I went wrong.

They're very easy to control in the snow, just play with the throttle and practice controlling wheel spin. Hardly need to exceed 5-6k RPM in any situation.

Second gear is the best for me as wheel speed isn't too high which makes it more predictable. Third gear is doable but at higher revs it gets switchy real quick with quick changes to wheel speed.
