Showed it to a couple of PDR people. They said the rocker panel has no real opening for them to work with. It must go through a body shop.

I don't want to spend thousands so I'm in the process of researching some minimalist side skirts to hide them.

I point this out before @Tcoat jumps into your shit ...

Now, in reference to your car's dent, even if you have OCPD, that dent is on a textured part of your car, which can be to your advantage.

I'll let Bubba explain. Bubba suggests to wipe the area with alcohol to remove all wax. Then lightly sand the dented area and all around it for 1/2". Now, get some Bondo, or some kind of body filler and smooth it on generously to fill the dent.

OK, this is where your OCD/OCPD comes into play. While the bondo is still wet (pliable) use a small rounded tool and "texturize" the area. Peck around over it till your OCD / OCPD is satisfied.

After it dries (cures) hit the area lightly with a paint primer. Then with a touch up paint kit, paint over the area. After the paint dries, buff to smooth out the edges.

Now, if it turns out to look like shit, blame Bubba and cover it up with a side skirt.

For your spacers, I would toss them and replace with a better spacer.
I have spacers on a different car and once had a stud spin. I tossed the pair because, in my mind they were not high enough quality. I don't want that kind of failure (stud loosening) while on the road.
I got custom made hub centric spacers by BORA and have been very happy with them.

I have that thing to a certain degree as well. Based on my experience, I would work on OCD not the car. You can beat it if you do. I did. You need a place to channel your perfectionism/obsession. I do software development to kill all my desire for perfection then I can tolerate the mess around a bit better and also make money.

i would suggest a quick spray of something like this:

followed by some touchup paint.

Replace spacer because the hole is compromised (where the stud was spinning) a new stud will spin too.

Stud was not spinning. The bold on the stud was spinning freely but due to stripped thread on the stud, I couldn't get it removed.

Either way you probably can press fit a stud in there if you get the stud and press fit tool. I would want my stud to match the length of the rest so I try to measure so I can get the right length. The problem is you need an impact gun.. 250 lber. So in the end maybe better to get new spacers if you can't trust somebody to do it.

I have no problem replacing the stud as that's the part where I've seen cheap spacers fail. I've seen wheels shear off all spacer studs after it had been re torqued and the wheel came flying off at highway speeds (friends jeep glad I wasn't in the car or the one who bought the cheap spacers). Now these are HKS and not cheap spacers so that really shouldn't of happened if they'd hadn't gotten careless with their impact gun. (I'm actually guilty of doing this on the FRS. Accidentally went the wrong way on a lug that was torqued. bye bye lug nut bye bye stud ended up replacing all 4 wheels with ARP studs and that turned out nice so.)

If you are ocd about the dent, any paint and body guy should be able to pull it resand and paint. It would give me the excuse to go buy another tool and try to do it myself. If I f up, it's in a low visual spot and I can always get a pro.

Edit: Let me edit and say you probably don't have to use impact you could use a good half inch drive wrench and do it by hand if you can vice the spacer properly.

Thanks. I actually got in touch with HR springs about the part number of the studs and was able to find them online. I got them and had a local shop press them in to the Spacer. So the stud issue is solved.

Dent is still there. Since the rocker panel is one big piece, the body shops are asking 1000-3000$ depending on how much work they put in. That's why I'm kind of inclined towards some side skirts.
