Used market for OEM TRD performance air intake and TRD exhaust
Decided to potentially opt out of these 2 options and get some third party stuff after car is broken in. However sales notified me that if I were to remove these 2 options, my offered $2700 discount reduces to a $1800 discount.
Anyone know the average used value of these 2 parts in Canada? doesn't seem to be a whole lotta twins around so wonder if i would have difficulty get >$900 for both to make it worth keeping the options |

I got my TRD intake BNIB off a guy on Kijiji for 325, gently used TRD exhaust for 500. Edit: pretty current prices, less than 3 weeks for both. Also noticed you were talking about reselling them, if that’s the case I’m not so sure.

you would have a very hard time getting $900 for both. very few people want to buy used parts, so the prices they sell at are extremely low

Thanks for the responses I've decided to just go with stock off the factory to avoid having to deal with selling them.

Good choice since you can already buy a lot of aftermarket parts with $2.7k that will improve the performance of your car like UEL catted headers ($1.2k from ft86 speedfactory) & OFT tune ($650) that will kill the torque dip & add HP & torque. Instead of TRD intake, I suggest that you get Crawford Performance Intake Manifold Spacer/Billet Power Block that will really add hp & torque by adding volumetric air inflow, & will completely kill the torque dip together w/ the headers & OFT tune. TRD exhausts are prone to droning & aftermarket exhausts don't add much hp & are also police magnet. You can upgrade your stock exhaust tips to the JDM ones instead which are longer & prettier & keeps the noise level down & legally compliant.
