as a general rule of thumb, the messier any food is to eat, the better it tastes.

OK, I rubbed stuff on this batch of country style pork ribs this morning. Now it's time to slow cook them for a couple of hours while I take a slow nap. When I get up, I'll coat them with BBQ sauce and let them cook another hour.

Sort reminds me of back-in-the-day, when my good buddies wife would have supper ready and standing by - from time to time she would ask "are you guys drunk enough to eat yet?"
