Just plain fun. Your post prompted me to do a quick search. Turned up this: https://www.motorauthority.com/news/...-19-inch-tires So objectively (according to the article) I would not see better traction. Just for a point of reference my Hakone 86 came with Michelin PRIMACY HPs. I was definitely not looking for 17s in the front and 18s in the rear. Just saw that the TRD rim (job) package had 18x7.5s for the rear and 18x7s for the front. It turns out that wider tires don't always objectively offer more grip! So in summary, I'll run with the current set of tires for the foreseeable future. |

I swap back and forth between my aftermarket wheels with PS4S and stock wheels/tires. Both are great in their own regards. |

hey guys i have a question that might be kind of dumb but ill ask anyway lol.
so a month ago i was reversing into my driveway and my front splitter got caught in the snow and yanked my bumper off. now because of my splitter i have no splash shielding underneath and so long story short, the only thing holding my bumper onto the car is the clips that go under the headlights and to the side markers and that plate in the engine bay with the 5 10mm nuts on it. those clips hold the bumper but its like still fairly easy to tug off, i can just give it a yank and take it off. I know the right way to really fix this is a new bumper and clips but i was wondering if bumper quick releases will hold it sufficiently? also, ive since chassis mounted the splitter, its no longer bumper mounted like my ricer self had it originally. if i secure the bumper to the splitter, do i need those aforementioned quick releases?

Started prepping my A-tech finalmind wheels for repair and paint.
Cleaned, clayed the barrels, and applied some JB weld to fill damage spots. |
