Went out to Walmart to get a few things I needed. Not as bad as I was expecting to be honest. Drove for a little bit as well and saw a clean red Supra and a blue tS so that was pretty cool. Just waiting for it to cool down a bit so I can give the BRZ a good wash. It needs it.

It’s a trilogy, so there’s 2 more. The GT86 I was talking is in the ending of 3rd one

i see where i went wrong. i couldn't find legitimate copies of the entire series anywhere, so i ended up ordering some sort of half-professional dvd bootleg from cambodia or something on ebay. i did look for legitimate versions, but couldn't locate them...

anyways, the english subtitles barely get the translation even close half the time (they even screwed up all of the character names!), so i stopped watching that and returned to using youtube english subs by the second stage.

it did include all 3 movies, i just didn't get to them.. watching the first one now, the english subs are a touch better. they at least get the character names correct!

I was re-watching Initial D the Movie trilogy. At the end, Takumi race against orange GT86. Of course, that was due to Toyota sponsoring the movie and manga-ka Shigeno. Thing that I didn't get til now is the driver of GT86 which wasn't shown other than bottom half of the face... but figured! VA is the original VA for Takumi in Initial D TV series. I thought that was interesting touch up of the TV & movie.

So, I cannot figure out what Initial D media is what. There's the original series, some movies, some new movies, some other bad movies ...?
