Well, my first attempt at making bratwurst was at best a C-. The spice, and pork to beef ratio were very good, but sausage was very dry. Not enough fat. I am amazed how much fat you have to put in sausage.

So as not to waste food, I took them out of the casings, broke them up, and made a stroganoff with them. It got gobbled up. Good learning experience I guess.

This afternoon I was looking at local classified section to see anyone was selling Hatchback STI in PBS in MT without any mod or very lil mod. Sadly only found WRX or if there was STI, it was sedan.

If there’s one, I prob consider buying it... even if it’s rebuilt title, as long as it was restore nicely w nice price.
