Well, it's mostly lettuce, tomato, and onions with a grilled chicken breast sliced on top of it. I usually add grilled mushrooms to it as well. I suppose if you got the chicken on the side, it would be a salad by your definition then.

My former tennants left behind a Dell laptop... i7 quad core, win7 pro... no power supply but I found one for $15 wiped it and threw ubuntu on there works great
