Well, I used to, but, I found that wears off after a while.

I've found that (after 55 years of marriage - two different women) the best strategy for me when I get attacked is to:

Say nothing - don't even mutter a sound

Do nothing - don't try to walk away, don't move your head

Don't make eye contact - they can read your eyes

After much snarling and growling the female will walk away

DON'T follow - she wasn't really done with you -

Oh I'm definitely trying a few. The humor we have going back and forth right now will allow for "You can't spell quaratine with out URAQT" and maybe later a "Without you my life is as empty as the toilet paper shelf.
Have to make that last one mine though so I added the TP part. Although that could backfire if the TP comes back in regular stock soon. I think people have realized they don't need a year or two worth of TP for a possibility of diarrhea.

So far anything corny/silly I have said has been met with lmao, lol, and/or a bunch of laughing emoticons and I know that is a good thing.
I even made a morbid joke about her boss dying from Covid and it worked! Her humor level is 11/10!
