A friend of mine from high school took chemical engineering, she graduated literally at the head of her class. I joined the Navy. Until I changed trades and purposely took a pay cut I made more then her each and every year. Now after loosing over $14,000 a year in pay, I'm still only a few thousand a year behind her. Not to mention I've been working and getting paid for years longer and she still has student loans.

To the EE, I wish you the best of luck, but more importantly I wish you happiness.
