She doesn't use a specific recipe, but I can tell you what is used, there are two versions but basically the same:
The "Large Cookie" Variety (looks more like the actual cookie): Make a shortbread cake in a bundt pan, giving it the correct "round, donut" shape. When the cake is done, melt and pour chocolate on the bottom of the cake before taking it out of the pan after you trim it flat. She used melted Hershey bars or Hershey Special Dark, but you can use whatever. Ice the cake with Caramel frosting then cover it with roasted coconut. Drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup over the top of the cake. For a "regular cake" do the same as above except make two round layers, and put a layer of crushed Samoa cookies between the layers for a little crunch. She doesn't normally add the chocolate to the bottom but you could. She usually used the store bought cookies rather than girl scout ones unless we happen to have bought some. You can also use the crushed layer of cookies and a little butter to bind them for the bottom layer of the bundt cake rather than the chocolate.

So I immediately bought one.. A sugar one. I'm not a good taster, but I think it tastes like 7up. But I liked it more. Now after reading this, I thought its because of the caffeine; since I love coffee. Next time I'll try the diet one. The one I've tried had a phosphorous glowing yellow-green color, made me think I'm drinking something radioactive, which reminded me this scene ![]()

This has that same danger, except it tastes a bit more like a combination of Mountain Dew and Margarita mix than pure Mountain Dew. Even MomHawk, who detests beers and ale, drinks this one.

Struck white gold today! Decided to make a last minute stop at a local grocery store and they had a stock. We have not been hoarding but actually were close to needing some.
I have never felt so conspicuous buying TP!

Changed cabin filter and air filter.... just in time for the engine to be torn apart to check out the cam shaft CEL at the dealership! Good times.
