I saw one yesterday, I'll pick it up today - Also, I saw the recipe for raccoon kabobs. We have a whole family of them that we have been fattening up for over a year. Maybe I'll get the BBQ out - humfrz |

DAMNIT. Took out a racoon with the wife's car Saturday night and I never even though to grab it.

It was a section of the busiest highway in North America so it was a fine paste spread across 4 lanes for a few hundred feet shortly after I hit it.

That's OK, I've had enough of your English recipes (food).
I sat down to an English breakfast in a 4 star hotel in London, back in the day. It was like a fancy buffet, so I went around taking a little bit of everything with the idea of going back and chowing down on what I liked best. I never went back to the buffet. ![]() humfrz |

I've just returned from a shopping adventure at the local Walmart Supercenter.
There was a different clientel this morning. Mostly looked to be blue coller working men in their 30s and 40s. They all looked like they couldn't find what they were looking for. Why couldn't they find stuff? Because a lot of stuff was missing. People were taking stuff off of the stocking carts. NO, water, TP, tissues, napkins or butt wipes. About 20% of the people were wearing what looked like simple painters masks. DAMN, if they had the virus, they shouldn't be in the store, if they didn't, those masks aren't going to do them any good. OK, I did get what I needed, except they were out of pig snouts - ![]() I got all the granddaughters activity games, which will hopefully will keep them quiet and occupied while I take my nap - humfrz |

At least it's better than what they ate in Scotland. I went through a buffet there and it looked like they just butchered an animal and the innards just spilled out over the table. OK, now I have to get three granddaughters settled down so I can take a nap. Maybe I'll use the ploy my father used back on the farm. In the summer, after a big lunch meal, my grandfather would lay down under a large maple tree in the barnyard and my father would lay down on the living room floor in front of the fan and they would take naps. IF any kids made enough noise to wake them, like shooting sparrows with a .22 rifle, WORK started up again right then! - humfrz |
