18 x 9.5 +35 wheels

Hey guys
Can you fit a 18x9.5+35 in front for a brz ?
And what size tyre should I go with

Yes on OEM suspension or lowered on springs. 245/35/18.


235/40/18 will also work, and are cheaper and more readily available than a 245/35/18.

If you have coils, you can go 255/35/18 easily.

225/35/18 will fit (24.2" diameter vs 24.6" OEM)

225/40/18 (25.1" diameter) will also work.

Because I went to this tyre shop and this guy told me it was to wide for the front and that I was gonna have steering problems

18x9.5 +35 wheels with any of these sizes will work lowered on springs or on stock suspension

225/35/18
225/40/18
235/40/18
245/35/18

The wheels are not too wide for the car. But, for some tire shops, they might be too wide for a 225 tire. My tire shop will install 225's on 9" wide wheels, but not wider wheels. This is why I suggested 245/35 first and then to a lesser degree the 235/40.

I have 18x9.5 +35. Coilovers. 255/35/18. No problems. Slight poke.
