I eat a steady diet of chicken nuggets when I'm sick. Or chinese food from the place 3 blocks away. Only thing I can taste when nothing else seems good.

Def Tcoat got me on that one.
When I'm sick, I force myself to eat a lot of food. Not too greasy, but heavy enough, but enough to sit in my stomach for a long time. Sadly pho is too light of meal for me. |

That's an interesting take. I eat a huge bowl and I'm stuffed.
Wife and I have both been crawling along with a lousy not-quite-sick cold for a couple weeks now. We're both tired and easily nauseated. Just wish it would go one way or the other.

I eat shit ton when I'm sick or even feeling sick. My body need energy to go through the day PLUS need extra energy to fight the virus in the body. This is why I eat extra when I'm sick (not extra junk food lol). It might be just a placebo effect, but doing this have made me recover cold or sickness in 1~3 days. Vs my wife, she doesn't do that, so it take her over 2 wks to fully recover. |
