Everybody jumped all over the dealer suspecting the kit when in reality it is indeed one of the first things they needed to eliminate and look at so suspecting it is totally reasonable not an indication they are trying to deny you anything. They are not responsible for tying to fix a modded car under warranty so the first step is and should be to get it back to stock and see how it works.

I think it wasn't that they shouldnt check the kit but I'm used to a response like "yeah, thats the problem. We unhooked it and cant replicate your issue anymore." Lol

But i guess its a little different when the car wont start

We have been going to the gym 3 days a week now for almost a month. I'm up to 30 minutes on the bike, and 30-40 minutes of weights. Feeling pretty good. I've gained 5 pounds..wtf?
