Guys, need your help! I would like to change all tires, what would you recommend from the following website? FYI, I am in Houston so no snow and ice. Thanks.

2018 BRZ tS: 215/40-18

Micheline Pilot Sport 4s for best all around summer tire

RE71R if you only use it for weekends or Autocross. As sticky as they can get at the cost of tire life and some noise

I replaced one tire (please see my previous posts) and other tires are almost worn out and my car has barely 15K. Michelin has only 20K warranty.

I installed a oem STi lip and new subaru badges that are dark grey/black to replace the oem ones. The front bumper was resprayed by the previous owner and the badge was put on crooked and it drove me nuts. Figured i should upgrade them while i'm at it.

I'm incredibly happy with the Indy 500s as a MPSS replacement. Better cold weather performance, maybe more soft than I like, but still around 400$ cheaper installed
