I mean the biscuits and gravy I had this morning were something else! Pictures don't do the size of this thing any justice at all. Plus there was like a layer of egg in there for flavor and that's homemade sausage gravy on top...

I'm jealous of myself right now, we don't always get great options for food although I am getting better and finding the diamands in the rough. Best part is down here is just good old fashion local cooking. Some of the big cities we have to spend a pretty penny not to eat garbage.

Some classic shrimp and grits. They got the spice just right on these though it was perfection. This was a jazzy nawlins style place.
