You'll definitely need to ditch the Corsa with a catless headers.
I forgot about speed academy tossing a Corsa on their track build with a JDL equal length and it sounded terrible.

Not sure if you do already but that alone makes a noticeable difference in the sound that enters the cabin.

It's not loud enough on the outside. Just trying to make it slightly louder overall.

Is there a way to make it sound nice with headers? I dont care about how loud (kind of like it) though I like a clean sounding exhaust.

Dual resonated or catted + resonated front pipe and if it’s still raspy, could go to an exhaust shop and ask them to weld another resonator in the mid pipe or something.
