Towed one of my FR-S. It got picked up by large excavator with a claw (I'm sure there's a more proper name that humfrz will know). It then removed the FR-S from the trailer and crushed it into a little ball.

So.. technically crashed?

Got $111.60 for it though.

Didn't drive it unless you towed it with a strap. Then you sold it before it was crushed so, technically, it wasn't even yours anymore.

They remove it and crush it before they weigh your tow rig again.. then they pay you. So it was crushed before payment.

I think you will find that they take ownership before crushing but pay after.
So your post is actually- "Towed somebody else's FRS today. Did not crash but was crushed".

That's a sad picture -

Question: As it was being crushed, could you see the brake pads?

Easily. The OBD2 port was clearly visible from the passenger side also.

If you turn that around, your FRS must have been "crushed" that its careless owner took her out in such cold and wet (I am making a presumption here) weather!!
