the only reason this thing is affordable is because it probably costs $2k to skin the whole damn vehicle. A single rear quarter panel for the 3 is $1.4k on ebay right now.

Practically like a Ridgeline, that's a positive, most people would be better off with a Ridgeline than an F150 or Silverado, looking forward to a mk2 since you know if you need to tow something heavy with regularity odds are you're towing it further than 200 miles in a day...

Forget the truck, I want the Quad/ATV.

OK, I'm going to be the contrarian here. I like it in a SCIFI nerdy sort of way. It would meet my occasional needs for a truck. I would definitely deck it out all Back to the Future or Mars Rover sort of way.

If they meet the specs, it's also the best value for the money vehicle Tesla makes in my opinion. The Trimotor comes very close to meeting my range requirements for an EV. Spec wise it beats the heck out of my work buddy's F250 that he paid $10,000 more for in the end.

All said, I think I'll wait for the eSilverado...
