Bet it doesn't last long now. In the same position on the same rocks for 100 years but now that it has shifted it is doomed.

this. eventually the river will win. that much water running over and into anything for long enough will either move it or erode it down.

I have been to Niagara Fall probably 20 times over 45 years and have never seen the water as high as it was this year. The thing was slowly rotting away but was still pretty stable and could have lasted several more decades if just the right combination didn't occur. Apparently those conditions were met just one week after Ultra and I discussed it for quite some time.

Couldn't help it. It's like picking at rusty paint bubbles.

Right you are! My dad took it in for me while I was at work and they were able to plug it.

I just realized how much money I have sitting in the company's coffers as banked overtime. Just over 13 weeks of pay, I really should consider not banking it, and just getting paid out. I could toss it into a savings account and make some money on it instead of having the company making money off it.

Bought AirPod Pro. They're pretty good. Not used to the rubber ear piece, but overall experience is good.

It’s down to etymology. The Greek version in the Bible was Ααρων (Aaron), which was derived from Hebrew Aharon (Greek routinely lost h sounds in the middle of words). We got it from the Greeks via Latin

This etymology suggests that originally it would have been said as A-a-ron, with both letter a’s sounded. Subsequently it makes sense to have coalesced the two vowel sounds into a long vowel.
