This seems to have been the same idle issue that can be read here:

Scared the crap out of me, with less than 80km on the car lol.

Sitting at the lights and it starts to idle roughly. The only feeling I could compare it too is sitting in a car with bad plugs, or a dying battery.
Revs dip, engine light came on, and the car just shudder and dies.

After restarting the engine, it starts running fine.
My friend suggested I take it to the nearest dealership just to open a file, and at the very least log the issue.

Day 2 of owing it and haven't had any idle issues... but will have to keep an eye on it.

Btw saw a silver FR-S @ the Warden McDonalds during lunch

Wanted to say "hi" but you were gone by the time I got my burger.

That was me at McDonald's. I saw u park beside me but I finished just as u walked in. The advisor wanted me to check your car but I was busy with something else so I didn't get it. They all know I just got my frs too

Who did I meet last night at the Tim Hortons on Dundas by the 403? Two blue FRS's and a silver BRZ. I was the guy who didn't have one yet. :P

Oh right, the mechanic that test drove my car that day, had mentioned that one of his guys was getting a delivery that that day.

My FR-S hasn't had any other issues, but it does idle a little odd upon start up. I'll see how if it gets any worse.

Spotted lava frs near tnt at queens quay chilling with xd. I was on my bicycle at the time lol.nwoulda said hi but rather wait until my frs arrives

I got a photo but it sucks because it's at night and all you can see is the bright taillights of the FRS glaring my shitty cellphone camera lens.

That's mine. Picked it up on the 11th and had a couple of days to learn manual on it before going on vacation for a week. Just got back and will be driving around again.
