Belt tensioner vibrating. Normal?

I had noticed that the belt tensioner on my FRS vibrates when the engine is running (obviously). It seems to be operating normally but I'm just curious if everyone has this going on. The video shows it vibrating during warm-up and also when it idles down. Am I just being paranoid? Thanks.

Car is fucked. Don't bother even trying to fix it. Just send it to a junkyard have it crushed.

Buy yourself a brand new Honda Civic SI. It's faster, right out the box, comes with nice apple/android car play. And most important, no silly wobble pully.

Frankz54: you joined too recently. It's classic joke around here for obvious minor faults (or even no faults at all) to suggest that it's totaled, when's part out, get civic.

Sure buddy. Just test drive one. That's all I'll say.
Come back after your test drive. Then we'll talk.

Every freaking chance I get.
I tell the truth. The less people that buy them the better. Besides it weeds out the retards.
