IMO mounting the plate in the middle makes the car look like it has buck teeth or something (sorry if I just ruined your car for you ). I just have a tow hook mount. Some people like the plate in the center, but I dont mind it being off to the side.

Lol. No worries!

Eh, my OCD doesn't like the asymmetry of the tow-hook off-set look, so I don't mind the "buck teeth" especially since the front black trim matches the custom black Texas plate and frame on my car.

I used to live in Texas, but I forgot about the black custom plates because I barely saw them. Yeah, a black plate and frame would look great. I never thought about that.

Dude I have a white BRZ and standard Texas plates are white...needless to say, as soon as I put the front plate on, my car turned into a fucking rabbit instantly lol

All cars look bad with a front plate. Every make and model have a place dedicated for a rear plate, but none have one for the front.

While some look better than others, they all look like they have buck teeth. I wished all states would just forgo the front plate altogether. Or at least go with something slimmer like the Euro countries have.

Not completely true. My son's Focus has a place for the front plate built into the front bumper cover. It definitely looks better that way, as you say.

What's your setup for suspension and where do you find these lateral lips?

Thanks! I'm on @Racecomp Engineering Yellows, Sachs dampers from PP, camber bolts in front, and SPL rear lower control arms.

Lateral lips? You mean the sideskirts? Those are OEM TRD Kouki sideskirts.

How to protect front bumper? I have a big dent from a tire jumped from a front SUV and some paint scratches.

I’m not sure exactly what you just said... did an SUV go over a parking curb and hit you or a tire came off while going down the road and hit your car? In any case, there isn’t much that you can do to protect from heavy impact damage such as a tire or vehicle striking your car other than parking in as safe of an area as possible and driving defensively. As for scratches, paint protection film or a wrap can help prevent them.

Did my 36k mile oil change today. Waiting for all the oil to drain was like the scene from Austin Powers when he is woken and has to piss. You think it's done, then more comes out.

These cars look so friggin good in the right conditions. Imo they weren't able to match the 86 curb appeal with the supra.

fumoto valve helps but still frustrating, but I mean 5.5-ish quarts.

I recently did my spark plugs, I'm so happy, I'm pretty sure I told everyone and posted it everywhere. My arms look like I went through a breakup in high school.

You really should change your oil more often than every 36k miles.
