Then try to find out who the account rep is in the management company and send them an e-mail, just to make contact and let him/her know your concern.

So, if and when, the neighborhood jerk causes you a problem, you will know who to go to, to get him/her shut down.

I’ve already did, when I first moved in. She’s a bitch. Also 99.9% it’s that resident rep is the one who giving false info to the management... but there’s that 0.1% chance that it might not be.
