Now I know why ppl hate HOA... I'm trying to get a written approval to put doggy fence in the front yard behind the fence cuz that's what HOA rule states. So I email them to get an approval, HOA requested to send the design or photos of where I'm going to put the doggy fence. I've sent the design AND photo of where the fence is going in. After that, didn't get ANY reply. Waited 10 days still no response, so I email asking for the status. Their response was "I need to see you to see where you're going to put the fence." I didn't wait 10 days for get that reply...

Seems I cannot afford not to have a beer at the dive bar. Two days ago I won $40. Yesterday I won $40. I started with a $20, and cashed out like $62. She paid me with six $10 bills. Today I put in 4 of them,and cashed these out!

I'm kicking Ida's ass.

Got my 72 bottle rack installed in my wine cellar. I think I can fit another 2 32 bottle racks at the end.

Is your HOA a resident group or are they a management group?

If they are a local group, I'd suggest you call the president or secretary on the phone and explain your situation.

If the HOA is a management group, I suggest you find out who the representative is for your subdivision and contact him/her.

Oh, hell, I'd just put up the fucking fence. As long as it doesn't trigger anybody to report it, you're good -
