People said that the compression ment it could not be turboed....

+52.37 WHP :P id be happy with that

I calculate a 32.43% rear power increase at current....

At fly if in preportion
200*1.3243 = 264.86hp

Not sure of drivtrain calcs.

13.0925 per PSI
6 PSI*13.0925 = 240.05WHP
6 PSI at fly estimate 297HP

Thats if it will take it and if all the variables are at the same as they are on last dyno
Oh and if my math is right. if not feel free to correct me...

You are correct, and all CAT's. There is still some wiggle room for this kit...

I would love to see 5 pounds for a daily driver and 220whp. Perfect for this car I think.

If I were an betting man, I would bet that 300whp in this as a daily driver, would result in a much high death rate amongst young drivers.

Nicely done, that's a great initial result. The car's already a blast to drive stock, I can only image how that felt...you'll probably wake up still grinning.

I do not think so I am 23... I have a v8 Cressida that I swapped in when I was 19 it's putting down 210hp to the road and weighing in at 1310 kg LSD in the Back. I think it's people who are not mechanically minded that will die in a car like this. So many young guys over here with v8 and turbos that don't know a thing about them. I know my cressida bak to front I have done everything to it including my tune. And I wired the thing myself.

Point is young people won't die in these it will be people who don't know about cars and how they work...

I think he was making a generalization. Typically young drivers are inexperienced. That's not to say ALL young drivers don't know what they're doing behind the wheel. Frankly, I'm shocked that we've already seen threads about wrecked ones. I find it nearly impossible to get the car upset in the rain with TC off (Without trying like hell to do so). I don't think all young drivers are inherently bad, but the wrecks so far have not been from "old" guys. I think old on this forum means people over 30 like me. hahaha. Anyway, congrats on the swapped Cressida.

Back to topic, this turbo kit looks promising. 4psi is probably all it really needs. The boost is what is filling the low end torque valley of the stock dyno graph.

This is great to see for that low of boost pressure, I love seeing the nice flat torque curve also. If this motor could make reliably around 260hp/200tq it would be perfect imo.

Anyway we can have all the information from this built thrown onto page 1 of this thread?

Sifting through 41 pages to find the goods is a bit of a task for new ppls!
