Yes, I have. I broke my back in 2001. It was a long painful recovery process. I feel 99% though now!

It gets tested every month, or every 3 months, or something like that. I know my share of the test fees is $10 a quarter.

If it's clogged up due to hard water deposits, that may clean it out -

Well, looking on line, the average life of one of these is 5 to 7 years. This one is 13. I don't see that I need one. It's going, but I'm afraid to close the water valve to it. It is locked. I better have another valve and some white tape handy when turning that off.

Yes, fer sure. Also know where to turn off the water to the house and have lots of towels on hand -

PS - sometimes it's best to leave old plumbing alone - the further you work back trying to fix it - the worse it gets -

I am 60 and in far better condition than my 41 year old son-in-law, 39 year old daughter and 35 year old son. I get so sick of hearing them complain about every little ache and pain every single time they are around.

I'll be 31 next month. Two years ago when I started back to the gym (I have a bad habit of falling out of the habit) I got an evaluation. The dude told me I had knees like a 70 year old. I dislocated my knee freshmen year of college, not even doing anything stressful. It just happened. It's been bum since and my right knee started going because I guess it was over compensating.

I was going solid for a year after the evaluation and got pretty strong but ended up falling out of the habit again. I'm not going again, since the last month and a half? Already stronger than I was last time.

Oh damn... I'm barely older than one of your son.
