At 190000kms what now?
I'm at 190000kms and apart from the recalls and clutch throw out bearing have been totally happy with my toybaru. Just wondering whether I should be replacing anything etc? I haven't even changed the brake pads yet? Is anyone else at the same kms?

That was done at 180000 and went well actually. They even changed my spark plugs for the first time.

As far as the rest of the car goes all I have had to change is the TOB, tires and wiper blades. The paint and body have taken a beating with many small dings and scrapes but that will be fixed next week. I will also be cleaning the engine bay since everything in there is currently sort of a uniform gray from dust when the winter sanded roads dry up. I have no plans to change anything else unless it shows signs of failing.

It is getting a whole body paint job. My neighbor at the cottage has a top end body shop that specializes in custom paint for transport trucks and we made a deal that I will cut his grass and he will fix all my minor dings and paint the car for free. Since he only has about 9 square metres of grass then I am the real winner in this deal.

Wow, makes me optimistic about the future. You are on 240000kms with the standard clutch? And brake pads? Very good news. I thought I was on borrowed time.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Unless you are bouncing the Rev limiter continuously.
