Anyone check their VON with SOA recently?

Well my ETA is still July 31 (unless they moved it without telling me) for my Black Limited Manual, but my VIN ends with 1421. If that gives you some idea.

MY VIN ends with 2147. If my Aug 31 est is true then probably your car might arrive early

I called SOA yesterday. I ordered a WRB Premium, Manual on 6/27. They said I am waitlisted but the friendly guy on the phone said he would check into it further to see if he could give me a more approximate date and call me back. We shall see...

They told me the same thing two days ago....

My VIN is 2321 and just got an email from the dealer that my delivery date was pushed to late August. Hoping/wishing for an earlier date.

WOOHOO!!! I just got my VIN and an ETA! Just got off the phone with a rep from SOA and was told that my car is arriving at port on 7/30/12 and should be at my dealership within a week of that date. Finally!!!

I had put down a deposit for a BRZ that had already been allocated for a local dealer but didn't have a buyer at the end of June. At the time they said they didn't expect it until September/October, which was fine because I am in no rush. Just got an email yesterday that said they got an update that said expected delivery date of August 31. Then later yesterday afternoon I got a follow up email with an expected delivery date of August 10 along with the VIN (2477). I'm not holding my breath, but I might be getting my BRZ early! Who knew that was possible....

Alright I just got off the phone with Subaru customer service. They told me they needed an order number. I was told that they couldn't look up the car with my name, bummer. I told them I will give them a call back tomorrow with the paper I got from the dealer. I am hoping its going to have an order number.

Whoa! My VIN is 2476! Cool! Hopefully that means my ETA of aug 6 still applies, or maybe even aug 10...just not aug 31.
My car is WR blue, limited, manual. What's yours? (might give insight on their production process)

Just an update on this, I did not take this car. The total of mine was $27,968.XX and the total of this other one is in the ball park of $28,800 give or take. I can't justify paying for accessories I don't want and she cancelled my order because she said they can't be allocated 2 BRZ's even though mine was the only order put in and this car was just received through the pipeline. I think it was all BS cause she said Subaru doesn't want to have unfilled orders going so far back(mine was ordered in May) and that any orders put in after May will not be here til 2013, but I see some of you ordering in June getting ETAs. Oh well I'm going to wait til the hype dies down and probably pick up a limited next time around. Good luck to those who ordered late.
