So it’s not a pulley. Sounds sharper toward the right, hopefully it’s the vacuum pump.

Correct... well, passenger assuming it’s a LHD car. Left side of the engine when looking into the engine bay.

Is it easy to install the vacuum pump?

You'll need an o-ring and a tube of the engine glue. The tough part will be surface prep. Don't underestimate the need for attention to detail and cleanliness.

Hey guys just an update I am bringing my car in to get it checked out on Monday. I listened more with the stethoscope and had my sister rev the engine to about 1.5k. Before I had no one to ask to rev it for me lol. I’m almost certain it’s the vacuum pump now because it rattled and clicked became way more noticeable with the RPMs going up. I have a spare vacuum pump that I bought when I spun a rod bearing with the first motor, and I don’t trust myself installing it properly without it leaking. Fingers crossed!

Another update: I won’t be able to bring my car into the shop until Thursday because they’re busy, but I noticed every cold start seems to spit out some fluid (oil? Coolant? Unburnt fuel?) it only comes out of the right side tailpipe. I noticed where I parked for work is starting to build up.

I agree. However, the OP may wish to give the exhaust a sniff test. If it smells like oil, it's oil, if it smells like coolant, it's coolant, if it smells like gas, it's gas, if it smells like exhaust gasses it's water.

Okay I placed a paper towel on it and kept it on there for a while and took a whiff. To me it doesn’t smell sweet or like anything out of the ordinary. Would there still be condensation even if I park in my garage? I parked overnight so I would assume there would be no condensation the next morning.

It doesn't really matter where you park, condensation can form in the exhaust system after the car has been ran. After the exhaust system heats up, then cools down, condensation (moisture from the air) can form. Then, when you fire it up, the exhaust gasses push the condensation out the back of the tail pipe.

Back in the old days, when exhaust pieces were made of steel, that's what would help rot them out. Not so much of a problem with modern SS exhaust systems.
