what exactly are you excited about?

there is not even a picture of their motor, it appears they have only guessed at everything, no actual evaluation. Given they are stealing other's pictures, I'd venture to say they don't even have a car....and it also seems they are using an other than roots style blower...so actually you won't get literal "across the board" torque increases, just the drawbacks of super charger and half the benefits of a turbo, plus water cooling's extra weight....

I'm glad to see lots of companies jumping on the BRZ/FRS ship, I just hope the consumer's are smart enough to wade through all the hype...

Have a look at the 4a-gze, Supercharged 4age with low comp pistons (I used to have an Aw11 with one), They ran a clutched supercharger so it was only used at 70%+ throttle. You could always hook up a switch to the relay and turn it on at idle, but it just made the car run like shit (like turning on a giant aircon compressor).

Also keeps the car nice and fuel efficient around town.

I'd take a SC any day for tracking over Turbo.

My guess is that this post was a little rushed do to the "Accelerated Performance Turbo" price release today.

I ran into their site months ago. The only thing they updated on their website was the price other that I don't see anything new.

My understanding at this stage is that these guys are looking for a donor car to do some R&D but they have extensive experience with the SC kits and are well known to supercharge the boxer motor.

With 6psi it develops 188whp. Are smaller pulleys (for higher) boost available?
