Tuning issue

Hey guys I recently got a custom ecutek tune via e-tuning and I keep noticing my AFR's don't match the commanded AFR on WOT... my commanded is at 12.26 and my measured sits between 11.7 and 12.06.. is this normal?

ALso another concern of mine is that ever since the tune, under 3k RPM's ish it feels very sluggish.. I don't remember it being like this before the tune...

Any help is appreciated.. thank you.

All down to the way the tune is done. The AFR sensor might not be that accurate depending on how the scale has been modified. I always say that people get too hung up with AFRs matching commanded, it will fluctuate to some extent anyway. Plus it appears to be on the rich side, which would be safer.

Speak to the tuner. Is the IAM at 1? Often there is the highest Advance table settings at lower RPM, so a lower IAM will make it feel down on power.

Appreciate you helping me...

My MAF scaling should be stock as I have a stock intake and it looked stock from one of the graphs my friend took for me.. I understand the AFR's fluctuate but I was concerned that its not really close to the commanded (12.26) and was wondering if Im losing power and not making the most out of my tune? Its just.. I paid for a custom ecutek tune so that I could maximize the potential of my car... otherwise I woulve just bought OFT.. so im not sure what is going on here tbh..

my IAM is at 1 from all the logs that I've taken.

If you have recientky reflashed car the throttle can feel a lityle sluggish off the bottom till ecu relearns throtyle calibration, should sort itself in a few drive cycles.

As for the afr and fuel trims check you dont have large long term fuel trims like over 10% annywhere in rpm range. If you paid for a custom e tune the tuner should be reviewing logs and updating tune as necessary

Maf scaling required even kn stock intakes as it can vary 4% or so which can cause 0.5 afr points differece in fueling

Its been well over 200k km since I last reflashed the car, the throttle definitely isn't sluggish but like the engine is? Im not sure how to describe it.. other than I felt the difference before and after tune.

I have high negative fuel trims around 3k-4k (-15%) but Im tuned for Flex fuel.. so Im not sure if that has anything to do with it?

Do I need to have my MAF rescaled by my tuner then? Is it important for the AFR's to match??

Sounds like somthing is not correct if it ferls sluggish, high long term fuel trims and afr doesnt match commanded by like 5% or more. Could be maf or flex sensor not reading correctly or tune issue
