Charged my AC. It's been pushing 100 lately, AC just wasn't keeping up. Recovered 0.25kg, nearly 50% low. Not sure where it went... it's a '17 with 7000 miles.

Icy cold now. If it dies off again it'll go in for warranty repair. Need a dash cam before that happens though.

Need help from Houstonians. I want to know a good TINT place. My Subaru dealer recommended a place and they are charging me $350 and I think it's too expensive. Thank you.

Gave her a good wash after coming back from a road trip to Austin to watch Chelsea Grin. Once again, incredible driving experience in a lengthy period of time. Felt comfortable and everything the whole way there. Had a couple more trips planned this year, but might not go as I don’t really want to put so much wear, stress, and long miles on the car. Might look into getting something like an older Outback/Impreza or 4Runner. Something I can actually drive in the rain lol what are y’all in when you don’t drive your twin?

$350.00 !?!?!?

Here in my area its $60.00 for a 2 door car and $80.00 for 4 doors.
Never had an issue with my local tint shop and their product is
solid.

I was quoted $380 from a dedicated tint shop with 3m tint.

Went with the tuner shop, lifetime warranty for $285.

Assuming every single car in Miami gets tinted, competition drives prices down. $250-300 seems to be about normal.

Get all the windows and windshield tinted with Ceramic tint and you will pay a lot more than that. But you will never regret it!

Executive tint off Hillcroft is where I’d go they’ve done my wife’s SUV and my F350 for $200 with 3m tint and took like 30 mins including wait

Thanks to @86SPEED for hunting down some backordered center caps and lugs — been amazing customer service with all of my transactions!

Super dirty wheels/car, but wanted to get them on right away. Excuse the quick phone pics.

Anyone felt zenki 86/BRZ steering is lil too heavy? Or while drifting or counter steering, steering get unknown heavy feel to it? Kouki 86/BRZ have resolved the issue by updating the EPS. Good news is, zenki 86/BRZ owner can do the same thing by replacing the EPS w kouki EPS.

Zenki model should have big “G” on it. Kouki model should have “1”... then why is other one have “3” on it? When I google search that part number it said it’s for ‘18 BRZ STI model. Which I’m assuming it’s for tS model (in US, BRZ tS came as ‘18 model). tS or kouki model EPS price was almost same on eBay (+-$5 difference). So thought to test it out if tS model EPS works on zenki model. Answer that question is, yes, it does work.

Work itself took about 30mins. Only 3 bolts, 2 screws & 1 nut to get it off, so why took 30mins? EPS is in very awkward area (behind trunk release & light adjusting buttons), so had to go through several wires with twisting my arm & hand to get those bolts off. If you careful and take your time, it’s not that hard. No, I’m not planning to make DIY, cuz it’s easy mod.

Test drove after installation and yes, there’s a difference in the steering feel. It’s a lot lighter. I prefer zenki power steering weight, but kouki power steering isn’t bad either.

Here’s a vid (if you understand Japanese)
