I bought the full Five Axis body kit + wheels and it came out to $34,900. Way too expensive if you ask me. But I wanted/needed it and this deal was VERY hard to come by being that these things fly off the shelves. I got a 3.45% APR so it wasn't 100% awful but I still got ripped on that markup. I did however get a recent college grad discount. Oh well, I FRICKING LOVE THIS THING!
You're from Houston, correct? One of the dealers here in North Texas was open to me ordering 2 weeks ago, and so I did... At MSRP, as well.

I feel you should've checked with additional dealers in different areas near you... Take a flight and drive the car back while not paying a penny over.

At least you're happy... That's most important.

I probably should've taken a flight, but the way these cars are going it could've sold mid-air.... I also am forced to order from certain dealerships because only a couple of them in Texas are Five Axis dealers. I wasn't going to buy the car without the Five Axis kit.

I understand... I'm happy that you're happy... Your FR-S looks sweet in your image posted, so I'm sure it'll look even cooler with the kit.

Enjoy!

Ordered beginning of June, arriving late July. Just got port processing eta for 7/19. We'll see how long it takes from there!

Anyone know how long it usually takes from rail car to Chicago region?

My dealer told me(Des Moines, IA) that all midwest deliveries come in by rail to Kansas City. From there they are picked up by truck freight and taken to their respective dealers. My ETA was July 10th and my car came to my dealership on the July 13th. They said the train was delayed because of Colorado wildfires as all FR-S's come to port in Oregon.

They also said, they are having problems getting enough truck drivers for delivery. Hope they get it to you tomorrow!

In South Louisiana here (40mi north of New Orleans)... Placed order last week, was told two months, they called me at dinner on Saturday and said it'll be here in two weeks. I'm excited to get it early, but also a little annoyed I won't have more time to chock away some extra down payment money to lower the note.

I'm sure once it's here, I won't care.

Got an update about a week ago that it's about 2 weeks out from port.

I'm still looking at 3-4 weeks.

Just stopped by the dealer to check in and they confirmed my car is arriving on the 26th and they provided the VIN. I ordered on the 13th so that's just shy of two weeks. Any of you folks around Atlanta should to Toyota Mall of Georgia. They said they've been averaging about 2 weeks for orders.
