wheel set up

Hey guys, i just wanted to make sure im doing a proper wheel set up. so my wheels will be 18x8 et48 and i will be using 5mm spacers for the front, 10mm for the rears. with using spacers im thinking of upgrading the wheel studs to the ARP 2.535 inch studs and using open ended lug nuts. would the 1.95 studs be long enough with the oem nuts? any opinions or experience doing this kind of set up?

Have you contemplated using bolt-on spacers? May be less trouble. And easily reversible!

im not sure if they have them for 5mm/10mm spacers. i figured since the ARP's are a bit more durable they would be a better option

Why da funk would you buy spacers?
Get the right offset.
Play around using the tire/wheel calculator

You will need more than 5mm and 10mm spacers to make your wheels flush.

I would use 20mm bolt-on spacers in the front and 25mm bolt-on spacers for the rear (if your wheels have "pockets" on the back). If not, I'd use 25mm bolt on spacers all around. The rears will be flush, your fronts will need a set of camber bolts installed.

If you're buying new wheels, just buy the right offset so you don't need the spacers at all.
