Need New Tires What Should I Get???

My main choice right now is firehawk indy 500 or federal 595 rs-rr. Both on stock wheel size is a little over $100. Both are cheap and i have heard pretty good things for both tires. Previously have tried hankook v12 evo 2 and michelin pilot super sport. PSS so far the best tires i have used but they were not cheap. Not going to track my car just daily drive and weekend canyon runs, any recommendations for tires that are in the same price range as the indy 500 and rs-rr.

both are good. Federal's are hugely popular with lots of drifters.

I use the federals as practice and cheap track day (HPDE, not competitive) tires. Excellent grip, talkative tire with feedback

Bad side: they LOUD and wear fast. Back on my yaris I used about 6 during a full year of autox and daily driving ( about 8k miles for the year and 6 events)

For the street I would recommend the firehawks between those two. The Federals are loud.

Federals are loud as hell

I recommend Toyo Proxes Sport... i run them in 245/40R17 and i love them... perform like MPSS but way cheaper

RSRR are unbearablely loud for DD. Anything past 30mph and your cabin sounds like you are sitting on a flight. Past 60mph and it will be louder than your exhaust. Great track tires, awful street tires.

If you're driving your car every day then you'd probably get tired of how loud the RS-RR's can get. They have immense grip and are cheap, but won't last long on the street.

I'd go with the Firehawk Indy 500's.

I generally prefer the round type of tire.

After 5000km on the Indy 500, I just have positive things to say about them. They are quiet, awesome grip on dry, good looking and very cheap.

Not enough road yet for durability, but the reviews seems good on that too.

Not quite the best tires I've own, but they are by far the best bang for the bucks I've ever had on any car (in about 20 years).
