Autos are for soccer mums, anyway while reliability is paramount I will be watching how responsive the turbo is, this is a great setup for a kit install but there is a lot of distance to the compressor and the throttle body and I have zero experience with 'remote' mount installs so very interested in this.

I'm assuming Don will test a bolt on catless header with it down the track?

Long time stalker, first time writer.

Awesome posts Don, appreciated.

Holding off from pressing the buy button on a white GTS86 Manual till i see some assurance that turbos and sc's are on the way.

So keenly awaiting your announcements

It was a compromise. No one else in my family can drive stick. Actually, only one person in my close circle of friends can drive stick, and she doesn't go out drinking with me. This is also my daily car, and I battle beltway traffic in DC (I think we topped LA traffic) every morning and evening for work. I'm half regretting it...but by the time I make a crap ton more money in the coming years, I'll probably swap it for a turbo-ready manual.

I was only poking.

Isn't the automatic trans basically just an electronically controled manual transmission?

Not sure. I test drove both the manual and the auto. I'm very impressed with the paddle shifters... the response is ridiculous. Anyone else know more about the auto?

Don any plans to offer a shroud of some sorts to protect the turbo? I'm envisioning my morning commute in NYC with a pothole or raised manhole cover banging the shit out of the turbo
