* I updated my CMA on your property, using 17 like properties for sale in your zip code. The average $/sq. ft. came out to be $763 /sq. ft.

So, that puts you competitive -

OK, it's a sunny, warm day. No grandchildren in sight. Time to take mrs humfrz out to brunch then take a spirited drive out through the countryside -

While she is finding her shoes and putting on her face, maybe I will go out and detail my FR-S. On second thought, maybe I'll just wash it. On third thought, maybe I'll just clean off the windshield and wipe off the bulge on the left front fender that I can see when driving?

BTW, my car goes for valve work on the 8th June, staying at the garage one week... I hope the valve springs hold until the 8th..
